For us, food isn't just about eating; it's about bringing people together. Whether it's a holiday, a casual gathering, or a special occasion, food is the common thread that makes all of these moments even more memorable. We firmly believe in using seasonal, local ingredients, not just because they taste better, but because they connect us to the world around us. The ultimate goal? To make sure you can focus on the joy of being with family and friends, while I handle the delicious details.
My Culinary Journey
Schooling: Chef Matt honed my skills at the Culinary Studies Institute culinary school in Michigan. He also holds a certificate in tourism and hospitality from Florida Atlantic University.
Fine Dining: Our Chef has run the kitchens in a restaurant group that specializes in fine dining at multiple of their restaurants.
Farm to table: Having had the honor of leading and developing a brand-new restaurant. One that focuses on local ingredients grown in a 250-mile radius of the resort. Providing a dining experience that's always new and exciting.
Catering: We’ve managed catering services for dozens of different venues. Yes, you could say we know how to handle organized chaos, keep focused, and make dreams come true!
My Philosophy
I'm a seasonal cook and an avid gardener, which greatly influences the menus I craft. I love simple, clean food that allows the ingredients to shine. I take the complexity of large-scale and fine dining and make it accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
